Marketing Communications

B2B (business to business) communications : When you (representing or acting on behalf of a company or legal entity, whether private or public) provide us with your personal data by contacting us as a customer or prospect, you are giving EBC permission to send you marketing communications (usually sent by email). In this case, the processing of your personal data is legally based on our legitimate interest in developing our customer and prospect database, our customer loyalty programmes, and presenting you with our services or future services that may be of interest to you. In any case, if marketing communications are sent to you by email and you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may unsubscribe by clicking on the deregister or unsubscribe link in the email. You may also exercise your right to unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at contact@ebc-solutions.fr and providing the following information: your name, email address, phone number, and marketing communications you no longer wish to receive.

Communication to third parties

In order to facilitate the use of your information and provide you with content and/or resources, we communicate your information to third parties. However, such communication will only take place under the following circumstances:

  • Communication to suppliers and service providers : from time to time, we hire or engage other companies to perform certain functions on our behalf. This category of third parties includes data hosting providers.   • Communication to our clients when it is part of our mission. We will share with our clients the personal information we collect about you using the chat bot feature only if you are a match for a specific job opening.

IP addresses and cookies

We collect information on your computer, including (where possible) your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration purposes. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing habits and behaviour and does not identify you or any other individual.

For the same purpose, we obtain information related to your general use of the Internet, using a cookie file deposited and stored on your device.
